Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours from the time of order confirmation.
- Orders are shipped from our verified vendors directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Shipping Timelines
- Domestic Orders (India): Estimated delivery is within 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery time is up to 15 working days, based on the location and customs regulations.
Delivery Partners
- We partner with reliable third-party logistics providers, including ShipRocket, to facilitate deliveries across India.
- International shipments are handled through trusted global courier services with tracking support.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS to monitor your shipment through our courier partners.
Shipping Address Requirements
- Please ensure that a complete and accurate street address, including the correct pin code, is provided during checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, and are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver the package to your specified address. In case the delivery fails, the courier partner will notify us, and we will reach out to arrange an alternative solution.
Multiple Items & Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all items together. However, shipments to different addresses will be treated as separate orders and shipped independently.
Product Availability
We work closely with our vendors to ensure product availability. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you within 2 working days of your order.
